Problem Note 49393: Split node output cells have the same name

DetailsAboutRate It

Duplicate cell names might be generated when you add a cell to a SAS® Customer Intelligence Split node.

Here is an example of how this problem might occur:

  1. Create a diagram that contains a Select node feeding a Split node with four output cells.
  2. Open the Split node and add another cell.
  3. Give the new cell the same name as the first of the existing cells.
  4. Change the name of the first cell.

When you save the Split node, only four output cells are displayed. Reopen the Cell node. The names of the first and fifth cells are the same.

To resolve this problem, reopen the Split node and rename the first cell again before you save it.
